    What types of payments do you accept?

       We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa and Discover

   Should we make reservations?

       Although walk-ins are welcome, we recommend making reservations to assure yourself a unit and time slot.

   Do you rent to larger groups?

       Yes, we welcome larger groups. With an inventory of over 50 canoes and kayaks, plus 3 shuttle vans, we do our best to accomidate large groups.

   What types of kayaks do you rent?

       We rent single person recreational kayaks.

   How many people fit in a canoe?

       Our canoes are setup for 2 adults. If you have a small child, they may sit in the middle of a canoe with 2 adults.

    Are pets allowed?

       Yes.

    How long will it take to paddle my trip?

       On average you will move at a speed of 2 - 2.5 mph with paddling and river currents. Keep in mind that river currents and recreation can play a big role in timing out your trip.

    Do you provide private shuttles?

       Yes, please call ahead to reserve times.

    What are the rules for camping on the river?

    What is Big Bear Recreational Rentals policy?

Big Bear Recreational Rentals strives to provide our customers with the best possible water experience.

    *Customer / Authorized User must be at least 18 years of age or have written consent from a legal guardian to rent canoes, kayaks or equipment from Big Bear Recreational Rentals LLC.

 

    *Big Bear Recreational Rentals LLC, herewith agrees that in the event that all of the rented equipment is returned in its present condition, reasonable wear and tear expected, 100 percent refund of the deposits will be returned to the user. In the event any items are not returned, or are returned in a damaged condition, the user herewith agrees to pay for said items at the prevailing market value of those items lost or damaged.

 

    *If conditions deemed satisfactory by Big Bear Recreational Rentals LLC, all deposits will be refunded in full.
